Replacement Pan Mixer Gearboxes
When a gearbox goes down it often needs replacing in a hurry. We supply Cobra Rau gearboxes which can be retrofitted in place of ZF gearboxes for a wide range of mixers, including Teka, Pemat, Rapid, Steelfields, Arbau and Arcen. We also offer a range of spares to maintain your existing Cobra Rau unit, and components to assist in conversion to Cobra Rau.
We offer a full range of replacement wear parts for Eirich rotating pan mixers which help combat the wear associated with the high intensity mixing action. Wear plates, mixing blades, scrapers and high speed rotor wear parts are all available in a range of materials to best suit your application. Our team is also best placed to solve abrasion issues with bespoke wear part design solutions.
Twinshaft and single shaft mixers, whether batching or continuous, are often difficult to maintain due to confined access to the trough. We have highly abrasion resistant ExtraChrome hard weld and UltraTungsten tungsten coated wear parts which are designed for maximum wear life. Over the years we have had great success with these wear parts in industries including Asphalt and dry silo mortar mixing.
